The satisfaction of our customers is our focus, which is why we ship free of charge throughout Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France. Because demand for certain models is particularly high, some of our products may be sold out.
However, if we do not have a product in stock, this will be indicated on the product page of the affected model and the specific delivery time will be stated in days. So you always have the certainty of when your order will arrive before you buy.

After we have handed your order over to the parcel service, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel so that you can view the shipment status at any time. Deliveries outside of the above listed countries may be delayed by a 1-3 working days.
